摘　　要：详述了自工厂成立以来,为解决一段转化炉转化管运行过程中的问题而采取的一系列精细化维护和预防措施。为确保催化剂的性能和活性,实施了严格的装填过程和含硫量管理。同时,我们制定了详尽的运行参数表。强调了控制管排温差的重要性,实施了一系列措施以均衡热分布。大修期间,采用304不锈钢刷清理转化炉转化管外壁,并对转化管进行定期检测和必要更换。通过这些措施的实施,转化炉管的运行状况显著改善,使用寿命有效延长。Since the establishment of the plant,a series of fi ne maintenance and preventive measures have been taken to solve the problems in the operation of the first-stage reformer tubes.In order to ensure the performance and activity of the catalyst,strict loading process and sulfur content management were implemented.At the same time,the detailed operation parameter table is made.The importance of controlling the temperature difference of tube row is emphasized,and a series of measures are implemented to equalize the heat distribution.During overhaul,304 stainless steel brush is used to clean the outer wall of the furnace tube,and the furnace tube is regularly tested and replaced as necessary.Through the implementation of these measures,the operation condition of the reformer tube has been signifi cantly improved and the service life has been effectively prolonged.
