摘　　要：陕西延长石油(集团)有限公司延安炼油厂100万t/a催化裂化装置富气压缩机级间冷却器管束泄漏频繁,使用周期较短,影响装置长周期运行。通过对管束泄漏原因进行分析,制定改进措施,对级间冷却器进行改造,改造后使用效果明显,满足了装置长周期运行需求。The inter stage cooler tube bundle of the rich gas compressor in the 1 million ton/year catalytic cracking unit of Yanan Refinery of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group)has frequent leakage and short service life,which affects the long-term operation of the unit.By analyzing the causes of tube bundle leakage,developing improvement measures,and modifying the inter stage cooler,the use effect of the modification is obvious,meeting the long-term operation needs of the unit.
