摘  要:电源车在低温环境下,往往比较难启动,伴随车载发电机组也会出现同样的问题。电源车底盘与发电机组相互冷启动技术原理:通过燃油加热器对车辆发动机预热,实现车辆冷启动。车辆启动稳定后,车辆发动机与车载发电机组交换冷却液,对发电机组预热保温,实现对发电机组的冷启动。发电机组正常工作后,发电机组与车辆发动机交换冷却液,实现对底盘发动机的预热保温,随时可以启动底盘车辆。Power vehicles are often difficult to start in low-temperature environments,and the same problem may occur with the onboard generator set.The principle of mutual cold start technology between the chassis of the power vehicle and the generator set is to preheat the vehicle engine through a fuel heater,achieving cold start of the vehicle.After the vehicle starts stably,the engine of the vehicle exchanges coolant with the onboard generator set to preheat and insulate the generator set,achieving a cold start of the generator set.After the generator set operates normally,it exchanges coolant with the vehicle engine to achieve preheating and insulation of the chassis engine,and the chassis vehicle can be started at any time.
