摘  要:文章以宝马3系320Li为例,对汽车空调制冷系统的故障原因进行分析,指出如何使用空调检测方法与检测时应采用的诊断原则,进而提出一套科学、合理的诊断流程,运用设计出来的诊断流程进行实车检验,实现对汽车空调不制冷的诊断流程的设计。文章从故障现象出发,找到故障原因并进行分析,在减少无效检查时间的同时避免漏检,研究对汽车维修行业汽车空调制冷系统维修以及相关学术研究具有参考意义。The thesis takes the BMW Series 320Li as an example,analyzes the causes of malfunctions in automotive air conditioning refrigeration systems,identifies how to use air conditioning testing methods and diagnostic principles that should be adopted during testing,and researches to develop a scientifically reasonable diagnostic process,uses the designed diagnostic process for motor vehicle inspection,realizes that design of diagnostic process for not refrigeration of automotive air conditioning.Starting from the fault phenomenon,we can find the cause of the malfunction and analyze it,it can reduce ineffective inspection time while avoid missed detections.The maintenance of automotive air conditioning and refrigeration systems in the automotive maintenance industry,as well as academic reference has practical significance.
