摘　　要：文章以国内某企业的动力总成NVH试验室建设项目为例,介绍了试验室的构成与布局,阐述了NVH试验室建设的施工、隔振、隔声原则,明确了试验室吸声隔声组件和测试设备选择方面的要求,旨在使读者了解此类试验室的基本组成及声学要求。经过声学鉴定,试验室的各项指标满足设计要求,在动力总成产品的噪声与振动开发测试过程中扮演了重要角色。This paper takes a domestic enterprise's powertrain NVH laboratory construction project as an example,introduces the composition and layout of the laboratory,expounds the construction,vibration isolation,sound insulation principles of the construction of NVH laboratory,defines the requirements for the selection of sound insulation components and test equipment in the laboratory,in order to make readers understand the basic composition and acoustic requirements of such laboratory.After the acoustic identification,the indicators of the laboratory meet the design requirements,and play an important role in the development and testing process of noise and vibration of powertrain products.
