摘  要:高等职业教育推进课程思政建设,应将思政教育融入专业课程教学全过程,有利于培养德技双修的高技术技能型人才。文章以新能源汽车驱动电机与控制技术课程为例,分析课程思政总体育人目标,研究课程思政教学实施策略,从挖掘思政元素、结合教学内容,从知识点、技能点为切入点,以项目为载体,围绕“铸匠人一练匠艺一塑匠魂”这条主线,重点培养学生的工匠精神、创新精神、敬业精神、奉献精神和劳动精神。Higher vocational education promotes the ideological and political construction of courses,integrates ideological and political education into the whole teaching process of professional courses,and is conducive to cultivating high-tech and skilled talents majoring in both morality and technology.In this paper,the new energy vehicle drive motor and control system maintenance,for example,the analysis of course education always sports goal,research course education teaching implementation strategy,from mining ideological elements,combined with the teaching content,from knowledge,skills,the point as the breakthrough point,to the project as the carrier,around the"building craftsmen-art-plastic craftsman soul"the main line,focus on cultivating the students'spirit,innovation spirit,professionalism,dedication and labor spirit.
