摘　　要：文章基于车辆DSRC与视频联网技术,研究了智慧高速公路的技术方案。通过车辆DSRC通信、车辆数据处理与分析、视频数据处理与分析,结合视频事件检测与算力调度方案,构建智慧高速公路技术方案,实现交通流量监测与管理、交通事故预警与处理,启发视频监控、应急处置、交通管理、ETC拓展应用、物流等更丰富的业务应用,并展望了智慧高速公路建设的未来发展。This paper studies the technical solution of smart highways based on vehicle DSRC and video networking technology.Through vehicle DSRC communication,vehicle data processing and analysis,video data processing and analysis,combined with video event detection and computing power scheduling scheme,build smart highway technical solutions,realize traffic flow monitoring and management,traffic accident early warning and processing,inspire video surveillance,emergency disposal,traffic management,ETC expansion application,logistics and other richer business applications,looking forward to the future development of smart highway construction.
