摘  要:以玫瑰鲜切花为试材,以天然传统染料植物密蒙花为染料,采用正交试验方法研究染液浓度、染色温度、染色时间、染液pH对天然密蒙花黄色素染色玫瑰永生花效果的影响,以期为天然密蒙花染料植物的进一步开发利用以及永生花的植物染色工艺奠定基础。结果表明:天然密蒙花黄色素染色玫瑰永生花的最佳染色工艺为染液pH 7,染色时间7 h,染色温度35℃,染液浓度14 g/L。最佳染色工艺下,玫瑰永生花呈橙黄色,花形自然,质感柔软,花色鲜艳饱满,具有较高的观赏价值。With fresh cut rose flowers as the test materials,taking traditional natural dye plant Buddleja officinalis Maxim.as dye materials,the influences of dye concentration,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and pH of dye solution on the dyeing effect of natural rose immortal flowers dyed by the natural yellow pigment of B.officinalis were studied by using the orthogonal test method,,in order to lay the foundation for the fur⁃ther development and utilization of natural dye plants B.officinalis and the plant dyeing process of immortal flowers.The results showed that the optimum process for dyeing rose immortal flowers with natural yellow pigment of B.officinalis was as follows:pH of dye solution 7,dyeing time 7 h,dyeing temperature 35℃,dye concentration 14 g/L.Under the best dyeing process,rose immortal flowers was orange,natural in shape,soft in texture,full in color,so it had good ornamental value.
