摘  要:动物营养学是畜牧类专业的一门学科基础课程。通过梳理动物营养学课程的知识内容和育人目标,挖掘章节知识蕴含的思政元素,构建课程思政体系。以餐桌猪肉故事、磷营养代谢、产业振兴等案例为载体,培养学生的大国“三农”情怀和科技强国理念,增强其文化认同。动物营养学课程思政体系构建与实践取得的育人成效,可为进一步实现思政教育与专业教育协同育人,培养可服务、面向乡村振兴的畜牧双创型人才奠定基础。Animal Nutrition is a basic curriculum in animal husbandry major.The ideological and politics education system of animal nutrition course was constructed by sorting out the knowledge contents and education goals of animal nutrition course and excavating the ideological and politics elements contained in the chapter knowledge.The example cases,such as the table⁃eating pork story,the phosphorous nutrition and metabolism,and the livestock industry revitalization,were used as the carrier to cultivate the“agriculture,countryside and farmers”feelings of big nation and the concept of strengthening China through science and technology of students,and enhance the cultural identity of students.The achievements in talents cultivation derived from the construction and practice of ideological and politics education system of animal nutri⁃tion course could provide the fundamental basis for further realizing the collaborative effects of ideological and politics education and major edu⁃cation in talents cultivation,and cultivating talents serving and facing rural revitalization with innovation and entrepreneurship skills in animal husbandry field.
