摘 要:科技城是现阶段中国城市化的重要新增长点,而城市公园是服务科技城应对高密度城市环境挑战、满足多样化环境需求的重要载体和基础性要素,因此从科技城视角研究城市公园规划设计策略对探索绿色城市化发展路径和公园城市融合新范式有重要现实意义。选取全球主要科技城案例,通过文献研究、案例对比分析等方法,梳理政策举措、规划思路、建设路径和设计策略等多方因素影响下的科技城城市公园发展脉络,从山水选址、布局融合、场景活化、民众参与、科技探索五大方面总结设计策略,并结合中国科技城城市公园现状提出规划优先与弹性预留并重、科技赋能城市公园营建两大建议。Science and technology city(sci-tech city)is an important new growth point for China's urbanization at the present stage,and urban park is an important vehicle and fundamental element in serving the sci-tech city to meet the challenges of a high-density urban environment and diversified environmental needs.Therefore,the study of urban park planning and design strategies from the perspective of sci-tech city is of great practical significance for exploring the development path of green urbanization and the new paradigm of park city integration.This paper selects the leading cases of sci-tech cities in the world through literature research,case comparison analysis and other methods,sorts out the development of urban parks in sci-tech cities under the influence of policy initiatives,planning ideas,construction paths and design strategies,and summarizes the design strategies in five aspects,including landscape location,layout integration,scene revitalization,public participation and technology exploration.It also puts forward two suggestions:prioritizing planning and flexible reservation,and technology-enabled urban park construction,combined with the current situation of urban parks in China's sci-tech cities.
