摘　　要：都市圈轨道交通是承担大城市中心与外围城镇或周边城市中长距离通勤功能的公共交通系统。该文总结国际国内都市圈轨道交通运营管理经验,深入剖析广州不同阶段下不同模式的都市圈轨道交通运营和管理实践,据此从完善都市圈轨道交通管理机制、推进互联互通、保障公交化服务和实现“一票通行”等方面进行思考并提出建议。Metropolitan rail transit is a public transportation system that undertakes the long-distance commuting function between the center of a large city and peripheral towns or surrounding cities.This paper summarized the experience of international and domestic metropolitan rail transit operation and management,deeply analyzed the different modes of metropolitan rail transit operation and management in Guangzhou at different stages.Based on this,consider and propose suggestions on improving the management mechanism of metropolitan rail transit,ensuring public transportation services and achieving"one ticket for transportation".
