摘　　要：上海大都市圈跨域城际(市域)铁路是推动都市圈同城化发展的重要交通方式。为促进长三角的一体化、高质量发展,打造“轨道上的长三角”,跨域城际(市域)铁路在建设上已打破了行政壁垒,具备跨域运输的工程条件。该文针对各线运营主体不同的情况,深入研究了跨域城际(市域)铁路的运输组织,主要包括运输组织方式,以及跨域列车的开行原则、列车运行图编制原则等,并提出了跨域列车的开行对调度、运维、票务、安检、应急管理等方面的要求。Interprovincial intercity(municipal)railway in Greater Shanghai Metropolitan Area is an important mode of transportation to promote the development of metropolitan area.In order to promote the integration and highquality development of the Yangtze River Delta,to build the"Yangtze River Delta on the track",in the construction of interprovincial intercity(municipal)railway has broken the administrative barriers,with interconnection,interprovincial transportation engineering conditions.This article conducts in-depth research on the transportation organization of cross regional interprovincial intercity(municipal)railway,focusing on the different operating entities of each line.It mainly includes the transportation organization mode,operation principles of interprovincial trains,compilation principles of train operation drawing,and puts forward the cross-domain train operation on dispatching,operation and maintenance,ticketing,security check,emergency and other requirements.
