摘 要:化工装置运行工况波动会导致工艺流组成异常而产生非常规化工废水,现有的废水处理流程难以直接调控。介绍了非常规化工废水的产生原因,探讨了智能溯源与机理调控结合处理非常规废水的可行性。面向非常规化工废水的机理调控,调研了典型化工废水的处理方法。针对非常规化工废水的溯源与治理开展文献调研,探索智能溯源模型,总结机理调控策略,为化工生产过程的清洁低碳运行提供了依据。The fluctuation of operating conditions of actual chemical plants can lead to abnormal composition of process flow streams and generate unconventional chemical wastewater,which is difficult to be directly regulated by existing wastewater treatment processes.For this kind of wastewater,the causes of unconventional chemical wastewater are introduced,and the feasibility of combining intelligent traceability and mechanism control to treat unconventional wastewater is discussed.For the mechanism control of unconventional chemical wastewater,the treatment methods of typical chemical wastewater are investigated.The literature research is conducted for the traceability and treatment of unconventional chemical wastewater,and the intelligent traceability model is explored to summarize the mechanism control strategy,which provides the basis for the clean and low-carbon operation of chemical production process.
