摘  要:以昆明市某垃圾焚烧厂的生活垃圾焚烧飞灰为原料,通过酸浸法制备了聚合硫酸铝铁絮凝剂(PAFS),并用于高岭土模拟废水的絮凝处理。探讨了材料制备条件的单因素实验,并通过响应面分析技术优化实验条件得到了最佳材料制备条件。结果表明,当聚合时间为64.05 min、聚合搅拌速度为96.89 r/min、聚合温度为39.76℃时,絮凝剂对模拟废水的除浊率预测值为35.9%,实际值为35.95%,两者差距较小,说明该响应面模型可靠性较高,最优参数具有可信性。The polymeric aluminum sulfate iron flocculant(PAFS)was prepared by acid leaching using waste incineration fly ash from a waste incineration plant in Kunming and used for flocculation treatment of kaolin simulated wastewater.The single-factor experiments of material preparation conditions were discussed,and the optimal material preparation conditions were obtained by optimizing the experimental conditions through response surface analysis technique.The results showed that when the polymerization time was 64.05 min,the polymerization stirring speed was 96.89 r/min,and the polymerization temperature was 39.76℃,the predicted value of turbidity removal rate of the flocculant for the simulated wastewater was 35.9%and the actual value was 35.95%,which were less different,indicating that the response surface model was reliable and the optimal parameters were credible.
