摘  要:对化学专业师范生优质校外实践基地建设路径进行了探索,本着“相互支持、互惠互利、共同发展”的原则,提出了优质校外实践基地建设思路、主要举措。通过建设,形成了有效的“多维度、常态化”校内外双导师制,构建了可复制、推广的实践教学模式,全面提升师范生的见习、实习、研习的质量。提高了双方教师水平,推动了专业建设,促进了实践基地的发展,对于地方师范院校优质实践基地建设具有一定的参考价值。The construction path of high-quality off-campus practice bases for normal students was explored.In line with the principle of“mutual support,mutual benefit and common development”,the construction ideas and main measures of high-quality off-campus practice bases were proposed.Through construction,an effective“multi-dimensional and normalized”dual tutor system inside and outside the school has been formed,a practical teaching model that can be replicated and promoted has been constructed,and the quality of probation,internship and study of teacher training students has been comprehensively improved.It has improved the level of teachers on both sides,promoted professional construction,promoted the development of practice bases,and has certain reference value for the construction of high-quality practice bases in local normal colleges.
