摘　　要：马克思在对资本积累的论述中隐含了生产性积累和非生产性积累两重逻辑。资本原始积累是非生产性积累的一种表现形式。大卫·哈维结合当代资本主义发展在对“资本原始积累”概念重构中提出了剥夺性积累理论,并指出剥夺性积累是当代金融资本主义积累的主导逻辑。金融资本凭借其绝对的垄断地位,通过股票及证券市场投机、信贷体系、危机操纵等方式对普通民众、中小企业和落后国家等进行剥夺性积累。金融资本的剥夺性积累限制了生产性积累的发展,推动了财富的巨大集中,使普通民众愈加贫困化,导致了资本主义经济停滞与失衡、政治合法性危机和社会对立加剧等危机。金融资本在解决危机的过程中进一步加大了剥夺性积累,使资本主义陷入了更深层次危机。金融资本的剥夺性积累已经成为当代资本主义进一步发展的桎梏。Marx implied the dual logic of productive accumulation and unproductive accumulation in his exposition of capital accumulation.Primitive accumulation of capital is a manifestation of unproductive accumulation.David Harvey put forward the theory of depriving accumulation in the reconstruction of the concept of"primitive accumulation of capital"combined with the development of contemporary capitalism,and pointed out that depriving accumulation is the dominant logic of the accumulation of contemporary financial capitalism.With its absolute monopoly position,financial capital deprives ordinary people,small and medium-sized enterprises and backward countries through stock and securities market speculation,credit system and crisis manipulation.Depriving accumulation of financial capital restricts the development of productive accumulation,promotes the great concentration of wealth,makes ordinary people more impoverished,and leads to crises such as stagnation and imbalance of capitalist economy,political legitimacy crisis and intensified social opposition.In the process of solving the crisis,financial capital has further increased the depriving accumulation,which has plunged capitalism into a deeper crisis.Depriving accumulation of financial capital has become the shackles of the further development of contemporary capitalism.
