基于CiteSpace的中药何首乌研究现状可视化分析

摘　　要：目的基于CiteSpace软件对中药何首乌研究文献进行可视化分析,探索中药何首乌的研究现状、研究历程及最新研究热点。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed),从2002年1月1日至2022年8月31日收录的与何首乌相关的文献,将文献合并去重后,运用CiteSpace6.1.R3可视化分析软件对发文量、作者、研究机构、关键词等绘制知识图谱并进行可视化分析。结果经过筛选最终纳入文献915篇,近20年,中药何首乌的年度发文量总体呈上升趋势;核心作者最低发文量为4篇,核心作者共107人。王伽伯、肖小河为代表的研究团队规模最大,其次是以汪琪、马双成为代表的合作团队。北京中医药大学是发文量最多的机构,共发文61篇。研究方向主要集中在何首乌的炮制、毒性、药效物质基础等方面;何首乌潜在的毒效物质基础及作用机制将成为未来的研究趋势。结论何首乌的年发文量成波浪式增长趋势,未来应加强团队之间协作,发掘其潜在的毒效物质基础,促进其临床合理应用。Objective To exolore the research status,process,and the latest research hotspots of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.by conducting a visualization analysis on knowledge graph based on the CiteSpace software.Methods The relevant literatures of traditional Chinese herbal multiflorum Thunb.in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed from January 1,2002 to August 31,2022.After the documents were combined and deduplicated.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 visual analysis software is used to draw a knowledge map of the number of documents,authors,research institutions,keywords,etc.and conduct visual analysis.Results A total of 915 literatures were included.The last 20 years,the annual number of published literatures regarding Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.has steadily increased.The minimum number of core authors is 4,with 107 core authors in total.The research team represented by Wang Jiabo and Xiao Xiaohe is the largest,followed by the cooperation team represented by Wang Qi and Ma Shuangcheng.The analysis results show that Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the institution with the largest number of literatures,with a total of 61 articles;The research direction mainly focuses on the processing,toxicity,and pharmacodynamic material basis of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.The potential toxic material basis and mechanism of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.will become the research trend in the future.Conclusion The annual number of documents issued on Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.has become a wave like growth trend.The cooperation between teams should be strengthened to explore the potential toxic substance base and promote its rational clinical application in the future.
