二仙汤联合甲状腺激素对甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺功能及叶酸水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究二仙汤联合甲状腺激素对甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)患者甲状腺功能及叶酸(FA)水平的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月郑州人民医院收治的94例甲减患者,利用随机数字表法分为对照组(47例,采用甲状腺激素治疗)与研究组(47例,采用二仙汤联合甲状腺激素治疗),收集患者的临床资料并比较两组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺功能、FA水平及不良反应的发生率。结果与对照组相比,研究组的总有效率显著增加(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组甲减患者的中医症状积分、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、FA、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异均不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,两组甲减患者的中医症状积分、TgAb、TPO-Ab、TSH、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.05),FT3、FT4及FA水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且上述指标研究组改善的更为明显(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组不良反应的总发生率降低,但两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论二仙汤联合甲状腺激素对甲减患者的疗效确切,可改善患者甲状腺功能及FA水平,降低患者的中医症状积分及炎症水平。Objective To explore the impacts of Erxian Decoction combined with thyroid hormone on thyroid function and folic acid(FA)level in patients with hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 94 patients with hypothyroidis madmitted to People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly grouped into control group(47 cases,treated with thyroid hormone)and study group(47 cases,treated with Erxian Decoction and thyroid hormone),the clinical data of patients were collected and the clinical efficacy,thyroid function,FA level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was obviously increased(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no obvious difference between the two groups in TCM symptom score,thyroid globulin antibody(TgAb),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),FA,interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom score,TgAb,TPO-Ab,TSH,IL-6 and TNF-α levels of hypothyroidism patients in both groups were obviously decreased(P<0.05),the levels of FT3,FT4 and FA were obviously increased(P<0.05),and the above indicators were improved more obviously in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group decreased,but the difference between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion Erxian Decoction combined with thyroid hormone is effective in treating hypothyroidism.It can improve the thyroid function and FA level of patients,and reduce the TCM symptom score and inflammation level of patients.
