零切迹颈椎融合器在颈椎间盘突出症手术中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨零切迹颈椎融合器在颈椎间盘突出症手术中的临床应用分析。方法:选取我院2020年1月—2021年1月收治的颈椎间盘突出症患者74例,随机分为2组。2组均给予颈前路椎间盘切除减压融合术,对照组应用钛板-椎间融合器(PCC),观察组应用零切迹颈椎融合器,观察2组治疗前、治疗后的颈椎Cobb角情况、疼痛情况、脊髓神经功能情况以及生活质量评分情况。结果:观察组治疗3个月后VAS评分比对照组低,颈椎Cobb角比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治理1个月、3个月、半年后的JOA评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后躯体疼痛、精神健康、情绪角色、肢体功能评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗优良率为91.89%,比对照组的64.86%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为10.82%,比对照组的27.03%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时长、手术时长均比对照组短,术中出血量均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎间盘突出症患者手术中应用零切迹颈椎融合器效果较好,可以有效提高患者的脊髓神经功能,降低其疼痛情况,改善颈椎Cobb角;同时可以降低并发症发生率和术中出血量,提高治疗效果的同时缩短手术时长和住院时长,有利于患者生活质量的提高,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical application of zero-notch cervical fusion apparatus in the operation of cervical disc herniation.Methods:A total of 74 patients with cervical disc herniation in Zhaoqing Second Peoples Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were given anterior cervical discectomy,decompression and fusion,the control group was given a titanium plate-interbody cage(PCC),and the research group was given a.zero-notch cervical spine cage.The cervical Cobb angles before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.condition,pain,spinal nerve function and quality of life score.Results:After three months of treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the cervical Cobb angle was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of physical pain,mental health,emotional role,and limb function in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was 91.89% higher than that in the control group(64.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the study group was 10.82% lower than that in the control group(27.03%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of zero-notch cervical fusion cage in the operation of patients with cervical disc herniation is effective,it can effectively improve the spinal nerve function,reduce the pain,and improve the Cobb angle of the cervical spine;at the same time,it can reduce the incidence of complications and intraoperative blood loss.It can improve the treatment effect and shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,which is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of life of patients and is worthy of popularization and application.
