摘 要:以上海Z医院为例,探讨合同能源管理在公立医院节能管理中的应用成效。分享期内,院方与服务方分别以3:7的比例分享节能收益,服务方提供设备改造、服务技术与专业人员支持,确保节能收益。2017—2021年5年合同期内节能收益共计350万元,院方分享节能收益共计105万元。实践证明,节能收益分享型合同能源管理模式运用于公立医院,可以发挥出一定的节能作用并实现双赢,但须要警惕在企业资质、基准测算、收益分享等方面的潜在风险。Taking Shanghai Z Hospital as an example,it discusses the application effectiveness of contract energy management in energy-saving management of public hospitals.During the sharing period,the hospital and the service provider share the energy-saving benefits at a ratio of 3:7 respectively.The service provider provides equipment modification,service technology and professional support to ensure energy-saving benefits.During the five-year contract period from 2017 to 2021,the energy-saving income totaled 3.50 million yuan,and the hospital shared the energy-saving income totaling 1.05 million yuan.Practice has proven that the energy-saving revenue sharing contract energy management model applied to public hospitals can play a certain role in energy conservation and achieve a win-win situation.However,it is necessary to be alert to potential risks in terms of corporate qualifications,benchmark calculations,revenue sharing,etc.
