摘　　要：我公司聚丙烯切粒机在投运了一年多以后,在启动挤压机的生产过程中,频繁出现切粒机电机过扭矩跳车情况。从变频器控制原理及切粒机出现过扭矩情况的实时数据,详细分析了出现这种故障的可能原因及处理方法,最终有效的解决了挤压机切粒机电机在启动过程中频繁出现过扭矩的故障。After more than a year of operation of our company's polypropylene pelletizing machine,in the production process of starting the extrusion machine,the situation of over-torque of the pelletizing machine frequently occurs.This paper analyzes in detail the possible causes and treatment methods of this failure from the control principle of the inverter and the real-time data of over-torque of the pelletizing machine.Finally,it effectively solved the frequent failure of over-torque in the start-up process of the extruder pelleting machine.
