聚丙烯装置尾气系统问题分析及对策

摘　　要：聚丙烯装置已运行五年,通过对全年丙烯单耗计算,发现丙烯单耗较高,导致聚丙烯生产成本较高。通过装置实际运行情况分析,发现丙烯单耗高的主要原因之一是尾气回收系统尾气排放量大,且尾气中丙烯含量高。对如何降低丙烯尾气排放进行论述,减少丙烯损失,降低聚丙烯产品生产成本。The polypropylene plant has been running for five years.By calculating the annual propylene consumption,it is found that the propylene consumption is high,resulting in high polypropylene production cost.Through the analysis of the actual operation of the device,it is found that one of the main reasons for the high propylene consumption is the large exhaust gas emission and the high propylene content in the exhaust gas.This paper discusses how to reduce the propylene exhaust emission,reduce the propylene loss and reduce the production cost of polypropylene products.
