摘　　要：出于全面贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、加强和改进党对干部教育培训工作的领导、建设堪当民族复兴重任的高素质干部队伍、推动新时代干部教育培训工作高质量发展的需要,党中央对《干部教育培训工作条例》进行了全面修订。新修订的《条例》完善了干部教育培训工作的指导思想、目标原则,明确了职级公务员的教育培训时间量要求,完善了干部教育培训内容体系,规范了干部教育培训机构体系,强化了干部教育培训纪律要求,具有许多突出亮点。《条例》是干部教育培训工作的总章程,是新时代干部教育培训工作的基本遵循。各地区各部门各单位要加强学习培训,完善配套措施,严格贯彻执行,加强督促检查,抓好《条例》的贯彻落实。In order to fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,strengthen and improve the Party’s leadership of education and training for officials,cultivate high-quality officials to shoulder the mission of national rejuvenation,and promote the high-quality development of leadership education and training in the new era,the CPC Central Committee revised the Regulation on Leadership Education and Training.Focusing on leadership education and training,theRegulationimproves its guiding ideology,objectives and principles,clarifies the required education and training period for of-ficials of different ranks,upgrades its content system,standardizes its institutional system,and strengthens its disciplinary require-ments.All regions,departments and units must strengthen learning and training,improve supporting measures,adhere to strict implementation,strengthen supervision and inspection,and ensure the implementation of theRegulation.
