面向中国式现代化城市的统计指标体系优化研究

摘　　要：对历年《中国城市统计年鉴》中统计指标体系进行梳理、比较,揭示其演变的规律、影响因素及存在的问题,结果显示:无论是各级指标构成数、指标增减数还是指标名称变更数,都表现出前期剧烈波动、后期平稳调整的规律;反映城市统计指标体系经历了初步建立、持续调整、日趋完善的过程。城市统计指标体系的演变,缘于我国城市社会经济变革、以及人们对城市社会认识广度和深度的变化。进一步分析了城市统计指标体系演变存在的问题,基于中国式现代化城市的内涵,结合新型城镇化规划,提出了优化城市统计指标体系的建议。The statistical indicators system in the China City Statistical Yearbook over the years are compared to reveal its evolutionary law,influencing factors and existing problems.The results are as follows:the composition number of the indicators at all levels,the increase or decrease number of the indicators and the renamed number of the indicators,show the characteristics of violent fluctuation in the early period and stable adjustment in the late period,which acts out that the city statistical indicators system has undergone a process of initial establishment,continuous adjusting and gradual improving.The evolution of city statistical indicators system is due to the socioeconomic transition in China’s cities and the improvement in the breadth and depth of people’s understanding of urban society.Furthermore,the defects in the evolution of city statistical indicators system are analyzed and some suggestions for improving the city statistical index system are put forward,based on the connotation of Chinese-style modernization ci-ties in combination with the new urbanization planning.
