摘  要:为了探讨配位体交换树脂分离乙醇酸(GA)中无机盐NaCl的效能及模拟预测分离过程,研究配位金属离子对树脂分离性能的影响规律及作用机制,讨论模型参数估算方法以及模型模拟分离过程时的吻合度。结果表明,强酸阳离子交换树脂配位Ca^(2+)或Cu^(2+)能有效地分离GA与NaCl,其中Ca型树脂的分离度为1.28、柱效是94.7。M-Langmuir模型能较好地模拟两组分的动态等温吸附线;柱床温度由35℃升高至65℃时,吸附平衡常数KH,GA由0.916降至0.775,KH,NaCl从0.314降至0.288。联合经验法及逆推法确定的轴向扩散系数Dax及总传质系数kL能较好地用于传质扩散模型模拟穿透和洗脱曲线;进料浓度变化对Dax影响相对较小,Dax,GA和Dax,NaCl分别约为0.343 cm2·min^(-1)和1.048 cm2·min^(-1);进料浓度增加,kL,GA由0.0125 cm·min^(-1)减少到0.0117 cm·min^(-1)和kL,NaCl由0.0509 cm·min^(-1)减少至0.0361 cm·min^(-1),kL整体呈下降趋势。Effects of central metal ions on the performance of a ligand exchange resin in removing NaCl from a glycolic acid solution were studied.Parameter estimation methods and fitting of the simulation model were evaluated to explore resin performance,mass transfer characteristics and model applicability.The results show that the strong acidic cation-exchange resin loaded with Ca^(2+)or Cu^(2+)can effectively separate glycolic acid(GA)and NaCl.The resolution of the Ca-type resin is 1.28,while the column efficiency is 94.7.The M-Langmuir model can simulate the dynamic adsorption isotherms of GA and NaCl.When the column bed temperature rose from 35℃to 65℃,KH,GA and KH,NaCl decreased from 0.916 to 0.775 and 0.314 to 0.288,respectively.Dax and kL can be determined by combining the empirical and the inverse methods,which is better used to simulate the breakthrough and elution curves of GA and NaCl with Transport Dispersive model.Variation of feed concentration has limited effects on Dax,and Dax,GA and Dax,NaCl are around 0.343 cm^(2)·min^(-1)and 1.048 cm^(2)·min^(-1),respectively.With the increase of feed concentration,kL,GA and kL,NaCl decrease from 0.0125 cm·min^(-1)to 0.0117 cm·min^(-1)and from 0.0509 cm·min^(-1)to 0.0361 cm·min^(-1),respectively,and the mass transfer coefficient decreases.
