摘　　要：高质量的教育体系需要高质量的师资队伍,高质量的师资队伍建设需要职前职后贯通的人才培养方式。运用SWOT矩阵分析法,结合高中地理教师成长案例,剖析新时代卓越地理教师职后培养规划六段进阶面临的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势,趋利避害,确定行动路径,以培养一大批新时代地理“大先生”。A high-quality education system requires a high-quality teaching staff,and the construction of a high-quality teaching staff necessitates a seamless talent development approach that includes both pre-service and in-service training.This article utilizes the SWOT matrix analysis method,and,combined with case studies of the growth of excellent high school geography teachers,analyzed the opportunities,challenges,strengths,and weaknesses faced in the six stages of the post-training development plan for excellent geography teachers in the new era.By capitalizing on opportunities and mitigating risks,an action plan is determined to cultivate a large number of new-era geography"exemplary educators."
