摘 要:以乌兰察布市为研究地,研究从不同地区引进千屈菜的引种驯化栽培试验结果。分别从吉林省长白山地区、新疆库尔勒地区、四川盆地3个地区引进千屈菜,采用相同引种驯化方法进行栽培,研究了不同地区千屈菜引种驯化后对种子萌发、幼苗生长特性、生理特性和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:①种子萌发指标:吉林长白山地区千屈菜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数优于新疆库尔勒地区和四川盆地地区,组间比较有差异(P<0.05);②幼苗生长特性:吉林长白山地区千屈菜幼苗根长、株高、鲜重均高于新疆库尔勒地区和四川盆地地区(P<0.05),而新疆库尔勒地区和四川盆地地区千屈菜幼苗生长特性比较无差异(P>0.05);③幼苗生理特性:吉林长白山地区千屈菜幼苗脯氨酸含量高于新疆库尔勒地区和四川盆地地区,新疆库尔勒地区次之,四川盆地地区最低,组间比较有差异(P<0.05),吉林长白山地区千屈菜幼苗可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量低于新疆库尔勒地区和四川盆地地区(P<0.05),其中四川盆地地区千屈菜幼苗可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量高于新疆库尔勒地区(P<0.05);④保护酶活性:超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性比较结果依次为吉林长白山地区>四川盆地地区>新疆库尔勒地区(P<0.05);过氧化物酶活性则表现为新疆库尔勒地区>四川盆地地区>吉林长白山地区(P<0.05)。指出了千屈菜不同地区引种栽培结果存在较大差异,以吉林长白山地区引种驯化效果最佳,种子萌发指标、幼苗生长和生理特性等均比较理想。To study the results of the domestication and cultivation of Lythrum salicaria L.introduced from different regions.Lythrum salicaria L.were introduced from Changbai Mountain,Xinjiang and Sichuan Basin,and the same introduction and domestication method was used to study the effects of seed germination,seedling growth characteristics,physiological characteristics and protective enzyme activity in different regions.Result:①Seed germination index:the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vitality index of Lythrum salicaria L.in Changbai Mountain,Jilin province are better than that of Korla region and Sichuan Basin,and there were differences among groups(P<0.05);②Seedling growth characteristics:the root length,plant height and fresh weight in Changbai Mountain,Jilin are higher than those in Korla and Sichuan Basin(P<0.05).However,there was no difference in the growth characteristics of the Lythrum salicaria L.seedlings in Korla region,Xinjiang province and Sichuan Basin region(P>0.05);③Physiological characteristics of seedlings:the proline content of seedlings in Changbai Mountain,Jilin is higher than that in Korla and Sichuan Basin.The Korla region in Xinjiang is the second.The lowest level in the Sichuan Basin region,and there were differences among groups(P<0.05).The content of soluble protein and soluble sugar in Changbai Mountain area of Jilin province was lower than that in Korla area and Sichuan Basin area of Xinjiang(P<0.05).Among them,the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar of the seedlings in Sichuan Basin was higher than that in Korla,Xinjiang(P<0.05);④Protective enzyme activity:superoxide dismutase activity,catalase activity and ascorbate peroxidase activity were compared in Jilin Changbai Mountain region>Sichuan Basin region>Korla Region in Xinjiang(P<0.05);Peroxidase activity was shown in Korla region Xinjiang province>Sichuan Basin region>Changbai Mountain region Jilin Province(P<0.05).The introduction and cultivation results are quite different in different regio
