不同生境下云杉林凋落物分解和土壤养分差异分析——以甘肃莲花山保护区为例

摘  要:为探究不同生境对云杉林凋落物分解和土壤养分的影响,以甘肃莲花山国家级自然保护区管护中心为试验地点,设置A(海拔2800 m)、B(海拔2900 m)、C(海拔3000 m)、D(海拔3100 m)、E(海拔3200 m),对不同海拔条件下云杉凋落物的质量指标和云杉林下方的土壤养分2个方面进行了评估,比较了不同海拔对云杉凋落物质量和云杉林下方土壤养分的影响。结果表明:较低海拔(2800 m)条件下有利于提升云杉凋落物纤维素和木质素的含量,中等海拔(3000 m)条件下有利于提高云杉凋落物全碳、全氮和全磷的含量和云杉林下方土壤中全氮、有机碳和铵态氮的积累,较高海拔(3200 m)条件下有利于提高云杉凋落物的分解速率,降低凋落物的残留率,以及云杉林下方土壤中水分和全磷的积累。研究结果可为云杉林的科学管理提供理论依据。To investigate the effects of different environmental conditions on the decomposition of fallen matter and soil nutrients in spruce forests.This study used the Management and Protection Center of Lianhuashan National Nature Reserve in Gansu Province as the experimental site,and set up A(elevation:2800 m),B(elevation:2900 m),C(elevation:3000 m),D(elevation:3100 m),and E(elevation:3200 m)to evaluate the quality indicators of spruce litter and soil nutrients below the spruce forest under different altitude conditions.The effects of different altitudes on the quality of spruce litter and soil nutrients below the spruce forest are compared.Conclusion:Low altitude(2800 m)is beneficial for increasing the content of cellulose and lignin in spruce litter,while medium altitude(3000 m)is beneficial for increasing the content of total carbon,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus in spruce litter,as well as the accumulation of total nitrogen,organic carbon,and ammonium nitrogen in the soil below the spruce forest.High altitude(3200 m)is beneficial for increasing the decomposition rate of spruce litter,reducing the residual rate of litter and accumulating water and total phosphorus in the soil below the spruce forest.This study provides a theoretical basis for the scientific management of spruce forests.
