摘  要:焦页18XHF情况复杂对钻井液性能要求较高,二开段选用低粘高切的油基钻井液体系,使用流型调节剂优化性能,加强水平井段防塌、防卡及保护能力,有效地减少岩屑床形成,保证了井壁的稳定,降低了水平段的摩阻,利于机械的快速钻进,刷新国内页岩气井最长水平段、国内最长水平段一趟钻进尺等6项纪录。The complex conditions of Well Jiaoye 18XHF demand high-performance requirements for drilling fluid.The second-spud drilling section adopts a low-viscosity and high-shear oil-based drilling fluid system,optimizing performance with a flow modifier.This enhances the collapse prevention,anti-sticking,and defense capabilities in the horizontal well section,effectively reducing the formation of cuttings beds,ensuring wellbore stability,reducing friction in the horizontal section,facilitating fast drilling,and setting six records in shale gas wells,including the longest horizontal section.
