摘　　要：为了深化石油射孔用民爆物品安全高效销毁工作认识,通过近年来的不断实践探索与研究,形成一整套涵盖出库过程、安全运输、安全销毁作业、验证与清理销毁现场、销毁过程安全评价等全过程的石油射孔用民爆用品安全销毁管理方法,支持以一种安全可靠、彻底实现销毁目的的方法,解决目前采用人工签字的方式对民爆物品安全销毁进行管理的方式,以及日益严重的民爆物品流失流转问题。To deepen the understanding of the safe and efficient disposal of explosive materials for petroleum perforation,this study,through continuous practical exploration and research in recent years,formulates a comprehensive management method covering the entire process of storage,safe transportation,safe disposal operations,validation and cleanup of disposal sites,and safety assessment during the disposal process.This method supports a secure and reliable approach to achieve the goal of disposal,addressing the current manual signature management method and the increasingly serious issues of loss and circulation of explosive materials.
