摘 要:钻修井作业现场根据施工设计要求,需要穿换大四通或整改井口装置,此作业期间井口处于无控状态。为保证井筒的井控安全,避免实施作业期间井口失控导致的井喷事故发生,采用RTTS封隔器临时封堵管柱以及配套的临时封堵工艺,将地层流体与上部井筒进行临时暂堵隔离,有效地避免井控险情发生,极大地方便了现场穿换大四通或整改井口装置作业,同时对于裂缝发育的油气井可以有效防止油气进一步污染上部压井液,确保井控安全。During drilling and workover,the necessity to replace large spools or modify wellhead devices as per job design requirements puts the wellhead in an uncontrolled state.To ensure wellbore control safety and prevent blowout incidents during operations,this study introduces the use of RTTS packers in conjunction with specialized temporary plugging techniques.These techniques involve temporarily plugging the wellbore and isolating formation fluids from the upper wellbore,effectively averting well control risks.This approach greatly facilitates on-site operations involving the replacement of large spools or modification of wellhead devices.Simultaneously,for oil and gas wells with fracture development,it effectively prevents further contamination of the kill fluid in the upper wellbore,ensuring enhanced well control safety.
