摘　　要：通过总结现场施工经验和工艺技术,从优化钻塞管柱、优选钻塞工具、改进方案等方面形成一套废弃井井口水泥塞钻扫方法,在顺北区块3口井钻井口水泥塞作业中应用成功。This study presents an effective method for wellhead plug drill-out and sweeping in the abandoned well,based on the summary of on-site job experience and technological processes.The method involves optimizing the wellhead plug drill-out string,selecting appropriate relevant tools,and improving overall procedures.This approach has been successfully applied during the wellhead plug drill-out operation at Well No.3 in the Shunbei Block,demonstrating its practical utility.
