摘 要:采用简单的一步煅烧法制备了碳负载NiFe双金属催化剂。并通过XRD、SEM和TEM对样品的物相、结构和形貌进行研究分析,成功制备了碳负载镍铁合金电催化剂。进一步探究不同的NiFe金属比例对电解水析氧反应性能的影响。其中Ni_(2)Fe@NC的析氧反应(OER)活性最为显著,达到10 mA·cm^(-2)的电流密度时,过电位为330 mV,Tafel斜率为58.9 mV·dec^(-1)。并且对Ni_(2)Fe@NC的稳定性进行了研究,采用计时电流法对Ni_(2)Fe@NC催化剂进行10000 s的持续测试,证明其具备优异的稳定性。Carbon supported NiFe bimetallic catalyst were prepared by a simple one-step calcination process.And the phase,structure,and morphology of the sample were studied and analyzed through XRD,SEM,and TEM,and a carbon supported nickel iron alloy electrocatalyst was successfully prepared.The effect of different NiFe metal ratios on the oxygen evolution reaction performance of Electrolysed water was further investigated.The oxygen evolution reaction activity of Ni_(2)Fe@NC was the most significant.When the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)is reached,the overpotential was 330 mV,the Tafel slope was 58.9 mV·dec^(-1).In addition,we studied the stability of Ni_(2)Fe@NC and tested Ni_(2)Fe@NC catalyst for 10000 s continuously by using chronoamperometry,demonstrating its excellent stability.
