摘 要:天然水中磷酸盐的含量过高,会造成藻类的过度繁殖,因此磷的含量是评价水质的重要指标。以谷胱甘肽和柠檬酸为原料合成了最大荧光发射波长为424 nm的石墨烯量子点(简称GGQDs),并将其与CdTe量子点(最大荧光发射波长为578 nm)混合,得到了比率荧光检测体系(简称GCS体系)。依据荧光强度的变化(F_(424 nm)/F_(578 nm))与磷酸盐浓度之间的线性关系,建立了一种定量分析磷酸盐含量的方法。该方法的线性范围为15~90μmol·L^(-1),最低检出限为6.66μmol·L^(-1)。该方法具有较高的灵敏性、选择性与稳定性,可用于检测水体中的磷酸盐含量。In natural water,phosphorus is an important indicator for evaluating water quality,which could cause excessive growth of algae.In this paper,graphene quantum dots(GGQDs in short)with a maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of 424 nm was synthesized by using glutathione and citric acid as a raw material,which has been mixed with CdTe quantum dots(maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of 578 nm)to form a ratio fluorescence detection system(GCS in short).Based on the linear relationship between the change of fluorescence intensity(F_(424 nm)/F_(578 nm))and the concentrations of phosphate,a quantitative analysis method for phosphate has been established.The linear range of this method is 15~90μmol·L^(-1),the lowest detection limit is 6.66μmol·L^(-1).This method has high sensitivity,selectivity and stability,could be used for detection of phosphate water.
