摘 要:以云雪38(茄衣品种)和云雪39(茄芯品种)为试验材料,采用水培法设置了全素、缺镁、丰镁3个处理,并对各处理的农艺性状、干重、镁元素含量及其表观利用率进行了测定。结果表明:全素处理对雪茄烟的株高、茎围、有效叶片数、最大叶长、最大叶宽有显著的促进作用,其干重、根冠比、镁素表观利用率高于其他处理;缺镁处理的根冠比最低;丰镁处理的镁含量最高;随着生育期的推进,根冠比呈下降趋势。在全素处理下,云雪39和云雪38的根冠比均高于其他处理,云雪39的农艺性状总体上高于云雪38,两者的干物质积累量分别为3.91、2.24 g/株,表观利用率分别为10.93%、14.85%。相关分析结果表明:干重与镁素表观利用率呈显著正相关,与镁施用量的相关性不显著。云雪39在农艺性状、干物质含量、根冠比和镁素表观利用率方面均高于云雪38。Yunxue 38(Solanum variety)and Yunxue 39(Cigar core variety)were used as test materials,and three treatments were set up by hydroponics:whole vegetarian,magnesium deficiency and magnesium abundance.Agronomic characters,dry weight,magnesium content and apparent utilization rate of each treatment were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the vegetative treatment had significant effects on plant height,stem circumference,number of effective leaves,maximum leaf length and maximum leaf width.The dry weight,root shoot ratio and magnesium apparent utilization ratio were higher than those in other treatments.The root shoot ratio of magnesium deficiency treatment was the lowest.The content of magnesium in magnesium abundance treatment was the highest;the root shoot ratio showed a decreasing trend along with the progress of growth and development.Under the whole vegetable treatment,the root-shoot ratio of Yunxue 39 and Yunxue 38 was higher than that of other treatments.The agronomic traits of Yunxue 39 were higher than that of Yunxue 38.The dry weight was 3.91 g/plant and 2.24 g/plant,respectively,and the apparent utilization rate was 10.93%and 14.85%,respectively.The correlation analysis showed that dry weight was significantly positively correlated with magnesium apparent utilization rate,but not significantly correlated with application amount.Yunxue 39 was higher than Yunxue 38 in agronomic traits,dry matter content,root-shoot ratio and magnesium apparent utilization ratio.
