高校一线教学单位三全育人体系的探索与实践:以电子科技大学信息与软件工程学院为例

摘　　要：高校的一线教学单位是高校思想政治教育的具体工作组织和执行单位,因此“三全育人”的实效与一线教学单位的育人体系科学性密切相关。目前,在推动“三全育人”工作过程中,一线教学单位存在全员育人体系化不强、全程育人吸引力不足、全方位育人覆盖面不够的问题,应该科学规划、完善机制,让全员有责、全过程有主线、全方位有落点,形成全员、全过程、全方位育人的系统化格局,构建覆盖全员的两支队伍、贯穿全过程的纵向贯通、横向共建支部模式、全方位三级课程思政、四课堂育人的一体化思政育人体系,不断提升育人实效,以期为一线教学单位思政育人工作的开展提供借鉴。The first-tier teaching units of colleges and universities are the specific organization and execution units of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,the effectiveness of“Three Comprehensive Education”is closely related to the implementation of the education system with first-tier teaching units.However,there are current issues in the process of promoting the“Three Comprehensive Education”,such as a weak complete education system in first-tier teaching units,insufficient attractiveness of full education,and inadequate coverage of all-round education.To address these problems,it is necessary to plan scientifically,improve the mechanism,assign responsibility to the entire staff,establish a mainline throughout the whole process,and ensure a landing point for all-round education.This will help form a systematic pattern of all staff,all processes,and all-round education.It is crucial to construct an integrated ideological and political education system that comprehensively nurtures people:a“Two-Team”strategy engaging all staff,vertical integration throughout the entire process,a lateral cooperative branch building model,comprehensive three-level ideological and political courses,and four educational fields,with continuous enhancement of educational effectiveness.The study can also serve as a reference for the development of ideological and political education in first-tier teaching units.
