农户庭院型创业影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：鼓励和引导农户在符合用地政策前提下,利用自有院落空间及资源资产,高质量发展庭院经济,是促进就地就近就业创业、发展乡村特色产业、拓展增收来源的有效途径。以农户家庭为研究对象,运用实际调查数据,从农户家庭资源禀赋、庭院型创业项目特征和乡村创业环境三个方面分析农户庭院型创业的影响因素。结果表明,农户家庭年收入水平、闲置住房数量、承包土地规模均对农户庭院型创业产生显著正向影响;农户家庭劳动力人数、家庭成员的受教育程度对农户庭院型创业的影响显著为正;创业项目的实施难度和利益前景均对农户庭院型创业产生显著正向影响;农村制度环境对农户庭院型创业有显著正向影响;农户家庭的村庄关系对农户庭院型创业的影响未通过显著性检验。为促进农户庭院创业的高质量发展,政府政策应该着力帮助农户家庭提升资源能力,向村庄引入适合农户家庭的创业项目,以及加大对农户家庭在创业贷款、税收减免优惠、创业技能培训和信息咨询等方面的支持力度。Encouraging and guiding farmers to make use of their own courtyard space and resource assets to develop high-quality courtyard economy under the premise of land use policy is an effective way to promote local employment and entrepreneurship,develop rural specialty industries,and expand sources of income.This paper takes rural households as research objects and uses the actual survey data to analyze the influencing factors of rural households’courtyard entrepreneurship from three aspects,including the resource endowment of rural households,the characteristics of courtyard entrepreneurship projects and the rural entrepreneurial environment.The results show that the annual income level of households,the number of idle houses and the scale of contracted land have significant positive impacts on the courtyard entrepreneurship of rural households.The number of labor force and the education level of family members have a significant positive impact on the courtyard entrepreneurship of farmers.The implementation difficulty and benefit prospect of courtyard entrepreneurship project have significant positive influence on farmers courtyard entrepreneurship.The rural institutional environment also has a significant positive impact on the courtyard entrepreneurship of rural households.The influence of village relationship of rural households on courtyard entrepreneurship did not pass the significance test.In order to promote the high-quality development of farmers’courtyard entrepreneurship,government policies should focus on helping rural families improve resource capacity,introducing entrepreneurship projects suitable for rural families into villages,and increasing support to rural families in providing entrepreneurship loans,tax breaks and incentives,entrepreneurial skills training and information consultation.
