摘 要:小型化是推动伺服电机技术进步的重要研究方向。通过研究提出具有转矩密度高、空间设计灵活优势的双定子盘盘式横向磁通永磁同步电机,实现电机设计的高度集成化,减小电机驱动系统体积。设计一台额定功率5.4 kW、额定转速3 000 r/min的双定子盘盘式横向磁通永磁同步电机,分析电机的主要电磁性能。为减小电机转矩脉动,提出齿极设计参数优化以及不对称定子盘结构两种手段,进一步研究不对称定子盘结构对电机转子结构强度的影响。实验验证了该电机的可行性以及主要性能参数。Miniaturization represents a pivotal research focus that drives the advancement of servo motor technology.A dual-stator disk-type axial-flux permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed that benefited the advantages of high torque density and flexible spatial design,resulting in the highly integrated motor designs and reduction of drive systems' volume.A dual-stator disk-type axial-flux permanent magnet synchronous motor with a rated power of 5.4 kW and a rated speed of 3 000 r/min was designed,as well as the main electromagnetic performances were analyzed.Two approaches were introduced to reduce torque ripple including optimization of tooth-pole design parameter and asymmetric stator disk structure.The impact of the asymmetric stator disk structure on the structural strength of the rotor was investigated.The feasibility of the motor and its key performance parameters were validated through experimentation.
