摘 要:轴向磁通永磁电机磁场呈三维结构且磁路复杂,采用有限元法求解电机的气隙磁场将会耗费大量的建模及仿真时间,针对该问题,采用解析法对电机的空载磁场进行计算,通过将电机沿径向分成多个截面,使三维的轴向磁通电机等效为多个二维直线电机的组合体,在直角坐标系中求解拉普拉斯方程,得到矢量磁位,代入边界条件对磁场进行求解。计算电枢反应磁场时,采用多层电流片法进行求解,与有限元仿真结果对比,验证了解析法的可行性,提高了无铁心轴向磁通永磁电机磁场计算和电机参数设计的速度。Axial flux permanent magnet motor magnetic field is three-dimensional structure and complex magnetic circuit,the use of finite element method to solve the motor air gap magnetic field will consume a lot of modeling and simulation time.In view of the problem,the analytical method was used to calculate the no-load magnetic field of the motor,by dividing the motor into multiple sections along the radial direction,the three-dimensional axial flux motor was equivalent to a combination of multiple two-dimensional linear motors,and the Laplace equation was solved in the Cartesian coordinate system,the vector magnetic potential was obtained,and the boundary conditions were substituted to solve the magnetic field.When calculating the armature reaction magnetic field,the multilayer current sheet method was used to solve it,which verified the feasibility of the analytical method compared with the finite element simulation results,and improved the speed of magnetic field calculation and motor parameter design of ironless axial flux permanent magnet motor.
