摘 要:开绕组永磁同步电机四桥臂控制系统相比常规的开绕组同步电机双逆变器控制系统,在保证直流母线电压利用率一样的条件下,可以显著降低成本。为了抑制共母线开绕组永磁同步电机四桥臂控制系统的零序电流,在传统的模型预测电流控制的基础上,提出基于三维空间快速选择最佳电压矢量和基于无差拍预测电流控制的零序电流抑制方法。对共直流母线四桥臂系统的数学模型及αβ平面的电压矢量分布进行分析;采用模型预测电流算法进行控制;建立abc坐标系下的空间电压矢量分布系统,并分析几何空间关系,提出选择最优电压矢量的方法,效率得到提升,同时零序电流也得到了有效抑制;建立0轴电压预测方程,并采用中矢量调制方法,提出基于无差拍预测电流控制的零序电流抑制策略,不仅抑制了零序电流,而且不需要复杂的价值函数计算,大大减少了计算量。该控制方法能够显著提升系统的动态和稳态性能。仿真验证了该控制方法的正确性和有效性。Compared with the conventional dual inverter control system,the four-bridge control system of open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor can significantly reduce the cost under the condition of ensuring the same DC bus voltage utilization.In order to suppress the zero-sequence current of the four-bridge control system of the common-bus open-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor,a novel zero-sequence current suppression method based on 3D space fast selection of optimal voltage vector and non-beat predictive current control was proposed on the basis of traditional model predictive current control.The mathematical model of the common DC bus four-arm system and the voltage vector distribution in the αβ plane were analyzed.The model prediction current algorithm was used for control.The spatial voltage vector distribution system in abc coordinate system was established,and the geometric space relationship was analyzed,and the method of selecting the optimal voltage vector was proposed.The efficiency was greatly improved,and the zero sequence current was effectively suppressed.A zero-sequence current suppression strategy based on no-beat predictive current control was proposed by using the medium vector modulation method,which not only suppressed the zero-sequence current,but also did not require complicated value function calculation and greatly reduced the calculation amount.The control method could significantly improve the dynamic and steady state performance of the system.Simulation results showed that the control method was correct and effective.
