摘  要:重庆市科学技术期刊编辑学会将师徒传承的传道授业解惑方式融入编辑人才培养,创办了“师承编辑”活动。第1届招收学员8人,已有3人“出师”;第2届招收学员11人,已开始“跟师学艺”。历经3年的实践探索,该活动制订了较为完整的导师遴选、学员申请、教学考核、出师考核等制度,以及拜师仪式和出师仪式等礼仪规范,初步形成了可推广、可复制的“师承编辑”培养模式。“师承编辑”已成为重庆市科学技术期刊编辑学会继创办“编辑大碗茶”沙龙后的又一个品牌活动。Incorporating the way of preaching and teaching to solve doubts inherited from master to apprentice into the cultivation of editing talents,Chongqing Editology Society of Scientific and Technical Periodicals(CESSTP)establishes the activity“Mentoring from Senior Editors”.8 students were enrolled in the first session,and 3 of them have already finished the“apprenticeship”;11 students were enrolled in the second session and have begun to“learn from teachers”.After 3 years of practice and exploration,CESSTP achieved a relatively complete system of supervisor selection,student application,teaching assessment and apprenticeship assessment.CESSTP has also formulated norms such as Master Worship Ceremony and Apprentice Rewarding Ceremony,and preliminarily formed a training mode of“Mentoring from Senior Editors”which can be popularized and copied.“Mentoring from Senior Editors”has become another brand activity of CESSTP.
