摘　　要：编委会建设是科技期刊学术质量和影响力的重要保障,充分发挥期刊编委会的作用可以有效提升期刊在学科领域内的知名度。本文详细介绍了中国激光杂志社3本中文科技期刊编委会建设策略及运营模式等,为期刊进步和学科发展的双效提升构建了新的途径。编委作为期刊的核心资源,是期刊品牌的重要依托,青年编委作为编委团队的有效补充,为期刊长期发展注入了活力。本文分析总结了杂志社3本中文科技期刊编委会的建设经验,旨在为有志于提升期刊影响力的中文科技期刊提供思路。The construction of editorial board is an important guarantee to improve academic quality and influence of scientific journals,fully leveraging the vole of the editorial board can effectively enhance the reputation of the journal in the disciplinary field.This paper introduces the construction of Chinese Laser Press’s Chinese scientific journals in detail,including the construction strategy,operation mode,etc.,which is an efficient path for the development of the journals.As the core resource of the journal,the editorial board member is an important support for the brand of the journal.As an effective supplement to the editorial team,the young editorial board member has injected vitality into the long-term development of the journal.This paper analyzes and summarizes the construction experience of editorial boards of Chinese Laser Press’s Chinese scientific journals,aiming to provide ideas for domestic scientific journals who are interested in building up journal’s editorial board.
