摘　　要：“以史为鉴可以知兴替”,总结历史对于任何一个政党而言都是把握发展主动权,强化自身掌握主动能力的关键。在经历了百年奋斗与发展之后,中国共产党回望曾经走过的艰苦岁月和创造的伟大成就,以科学的方式对既往奋斗历程以及形成的历史经验进行总结,提出中国共产党历史主动精神,以更为积极主动的姿态做好把握下一个百年发展主动权的准备,也以更为负责的态度对民族复兴大业的推动做出承诺。中国共产党历史主动精神不仅展现了其特有的精神气质和精神风貌,更展现了其对于中华民族伟大复兴事业的信念与决心。“Learning from history can know the vicissitudes”.For any political party,the summary of history is the key to grasping the development of the initiative and to strengthening their own ability to master the initiative.After 100 years of struggle and development,the Communist Party of China looks back at the great achievements it has made and the hard times it has been through,summarizes in a scientific manner the course of its past struggle and the historical experience it has formed,and puts forward the historical initiative of the Communist Party of China,so that our party can be well prepared to seize the initiative of development in the next century with a more proactive attitude,and make a commitment to the promotion of the great cause of national rejuvenation with a more responsible attitude.The historical initiative spirit the Communist Party of China not only shows his youthful spirit and outlook,but also his faith and determination in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
