摘 要:优化再造城市社区公共文化空间是深化共建共治共享社区治理理念、构建社区治理共同体的应有之义。随着社会分工的细化和团结社会意识的退化,“传统生活共同体”逐渐破灭,导致社区意识淡薄、邻里关系疏远、情感交流弱化等现象普遍存在。从社区工作者的视角出发,基于苏州市L社区的实践模式,探讨城市社区公共文化空间再造的实现逻辑,剖析社区交往共同体的内在机制。研究发现:城市社区公共文化空间再造应以社区工作者为行动主体;社区工作者的服务意识、动员能力、素质水平是社区公共文化空间重造的牵引动力;目标定位、主体关系、资源维系、党建引领、参与推动是城市社区公共文化空间再造的五项维度,进而实现以人的情感价值为特征的社区交往共同体。The optimization and reconstruction of urban community public cultural space is the necessary meaning of deepening the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of community governance and building a community governance community.With the refinement of social division of labor and the degradation of social consciousness of solidarity,the“traditional community of life”has gradually broken down,leading to the phenomenon of weak community consciousness,estrangement of neighbors,and weakening of emotional communication.From the perspective of community workers,based on the practice model of Suzhou L community,this paper discusses the realization logic of reconstructing public cultural space in urban communities,and analyzes the internal mechanism of community communication community.The results show that the reconstruction of public cultural space in urban community should take the following measures for realizing the community communication community characterized by human emotional value:taking community workers as the action subject;regarding service consciousness,mobilization ability and quality level of community workers as the driving force for the reconstruction of community public cultural space;reconstructing urban community public cultural space from the five dimensions:objective positioning,subject relationship,resource maintenance,party building guidance,participation and promotion.
