摘 要:乙二胺是一种用途广泛的低碳化学品,通过比较发现以乙醇胺为原料的催化胺化制备乙二胺在工业应用更具竞争力,但由于催化剂转化率及选择活性的问题,催化剂的性能仍有很大的提升空间。综述了乙醇胺通过催化胺化制备乙二胺的两种催化路径及其催化剂的研究进展,讨论了活性组分、载体及金属掺杂/负载对乙醇胺催化胺化制备乙二胺的影响,并指出了以乙醇胺为原料通过胺化反应制备乙二胺催化剂的未来研究方向。Ethylenediamine is a low-carbon chemical with a wide range of uses.Through comparison,it was found that the catalytic amina-tion of ethanolamine as raw material to prepare ethylenediamine is more competitive in industrial applications.However,due to the problems of cat-alyst conversion rate and selective activity,there is still a lot of room for improvement in performance.This paper reviews two catalytic pathways for the preparation of ethylenediamine through catalytic amination of ethanolamine and the research progress of their catalysts.The effects of active com-ponents,carriers and metal doping/loading on the catalytic amination of ethanolamine to prepare ethylenediamine are discussed,and it is pointed out that the future research direction of preparing ethylenediamine catalyst through amination reaction using ethanolamine as raw material.
