摘 要:随着某大型铝土矿地下矿山井下生产的展开,矿井通风系统的问题逐步凸显,对现场风质进行测定后发现生产巷道中有害气体会出现较严重的超限等通风故障现象。通过对矿井风量、通风设备设施和通风网络结构的分析,研究了矿井通风系统故障的原因,并提出了消除通风系统故障、改进通风系统的方法;对保障地下矿山安全生产,有效防范矿井中毒窒息事故,坚决遏制重特大事故的发生具有非常重要的指导意义。With the development of underground production in a large bauxite mine,the problem of mine ventilation system is gradually highlighted.After measuring the on-site wind quality,it is found that harmful gases in the production roadway will appear serious over-limit ventilation failure phenomenon.Through the analysis of mine air volume,ventilation equipment and facilities,and ventilation network structure,the causes of mine ventilation system failure are studied,and the methods to eliminate the ventilation system failure and improve the ventilation system are put forward.It is of great guiding significance to ensure safe production in underground mines,effectively prevent poisoning and suffocation accidents in mines,and resolutely curb the occurrence of serious and extraordinary accidents.
