摘 要:为解决三元前驱体废水处理中难度大、成本高、效果差等问题,以三元前驱体废水脱氨工艺为研究对象,比较常规再沸器式脱氨工艺、直接压缩塔顶富氨蒸汽工艺、再沸器壳程闪蒸气压缩工艺、塔釜管程含氨蒸汽闪蒸气压缩工艺4种工艺,以系统的投资成本和运行成本最低为目标函数,得到最优工艺方案。结果表明:当采用直接压缩塔顶富氨蒸汽工艺时,投资成本为15.49万元/吨水,运行成本为10.78元/吨水,总费用最低,相比于常规脱氨塔工艺投资成本增加39%,运行成本降低64.6%,总成本降低1034万元/年。有望解决三元前驱体废水处理中脱氨高成本的难点和痛点,保障整个系统连续稳定地实施生产。In order to solve the problems of difficulty,high cost and poor effect in the treatment of ternary precursor wastewater,the ammonia removal process of ternary precursor wastewater was researched in this paper.The conventional reboiler deamination process and direct compression of column top ammonia-rich steam process and reboiler shell side flash steam compression process and reboiler tube side ammonia containing steam flash compression process were compared.With the goal of the lowest investment and operating costs,the optimum process was obtained.The results shown that the total cost is the lowest when the direct compression of column top ammonia-rich steam process is used,the investment cost is 15.49 ten thousand yuan/ton of water and the operation cost is 10.78 yuan/ton of water.The operating cost would decreased by 64.6%,the investment cost would increased by 39%and the total cost decreased by 10.34 million yuan/year comparing with the conventional reboiler deamination process.It can solve the difficulties and pain points in the treatment of ternary precursor wastewater,and ensure the whole system to implement the production continuously and stably.
