摘  要:为了对在役海洋模块钻机底座的承载能力进行研究,本文以某模块钻机底座为研究对象,在底座结构尺寸现场测量的基础上,对模块钻机底座的工况进行了分类,确定了各工况下模块钻机底座的载荷,采用有限元分析方法对其承载能力进行分析。分析结果表明:模块钻机底座各工况下最大轴向应力值为55.5MPa,轴向强度最小安全系数达到了6.22,表明轴向强度满足要求;模块钻机底座各工况下uc值最大为0.995,小于标准规定的1.0,底座的承载能力满足要求。In order to study the carrying capacity of the base of the in-service offshore modular drilling rig,this paper takes the base as the re-search object,classifies the working conditions of the base of the modular drilling rig,determines the load of the base of the modular drilling rig un-der each working condition,and adopts the finite element analysis method to analyze its bearing capacity.The results show that the maximum axial stress is 55.5 MPa and the minimum safety factor of axial strength is 6.22,which indicates that the axial strength meets the requirements.The maxi-mum uc value under each working condition is 0.995,which is less than 1.0 stipulated in the standard,and the bearing capacity meets the requirements.
