摘  要:诚信建设需要考虑不同国家的社会情况,在我国大力建设以“诚信”为本的社会主义核心价值体系中,借鉴德国社会诚信建设对我国“弘扬诚信文化,健全诚信建设长效机制”有促进作用。通过在德国调研,探析了德国社会诚信建设的四个重要面向:政务诚信是社会诚信建设的保证,法律制度是社会商务诚信的保障,家庭教育是社会诚信建设的基石,学校教育是社会诚信建设的核心。Different countries’social conditions should be considered during the establishment of creditworthiness,thus in the process of vigorously building a socialist core value system based on“creditworthiness”in China,Germany’s example has an enhancing effect on China’s“promoting the culture of creditworthiness and completing long-term mechanisms for the establishment of creditworthiness”.Through research in Germany,this paper analyzes Germany’s four important aspects of the construction of social creditworthiness:the integrity in government affairs is the guarantee of the construction of social creditworthiness,the legal system is the guarantee of social business integrity,family education is the cornerstone of the establishment of social creditworthiness,and school education is the core of the establishment of social creditworthiness.
