民宿经营质量影响因素研究——以广东省为例

摘　　要：民宿作为满足消费者多元住宿需求的新兴小微旅游企业,是乡村振兴战略下乡村旅游转型升级的重要引领者,更是住宿企业供给结构改革的必然选择。随着民宿的市场需求不断增加,出现了民宿有效供给不足、接待能力弱等问题。本文以广东省民宿经营者为研究对象,查阅有关民宿及民宿经营角色相关文献,结合问卷调查的形式,运用统计软件进行分析,研究民宿经营过程中的影响因素及存在的问题,并据此提出广东省民宿发展的相关建议,以期助力于实现民宿旅游可持续发展。As an emerging small and micro tourism enterprise to meet the diversified accommodation needs of consumers,B&B is an important leader in the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism under the strategy of rural revitalization,and an inevitable choice for the reform of the supply structure of accommodation enterprises.With the increasing market demand for B&B,some problems appear,such as insuffcient effective supply and weak reception capacity.Taking B&B business operators in Guangdong province as the research object,this article consulted relevant literature on B&B and its management roles,combined with questionnaire survey and statistical software for analysis,studied the influencing factors and existing problems in B&B management process,and put forward relevant suggestions on B&B development in Guangdong Province for achieving the sustainable development of B&B tourism.
